Shi-Gaku-Kan Karate

We are a husband & wife team, who teach Shotokan karate in a professional and safe environment with classes for age 4 upwards in Peterhead and Aberdeen.

Quality instruction at the Shi-Gaku-kan karate club is affirmed by its affiliation to SKKIF (Shotokan Karate Kanazawa-Ryu International Federation) which itself is a representative association of SKIF (Shotokan Karate do International Federation, (Head office, Tokyo)).  With over 2 1/2 million members in over 100 countries, SKIF remains the worlds largest single styled karate organisation.  Dedicated to following the teachings of Soke Hirokazu Kanazawa, President of SKIF and one of the worlds most renowned traditional karate masters alive today, the Shi-Gaku-Kan karate club offers a comprehensive training syllabus in traditional Shotokan karate.  The personal benefits enjoyed with continued training are numerous and include improved fitness levels, flexibility, speed, strength, confidence, self awareness, improved concentration and discipline.
